Post: Home Lotts, PO Box 4471, Brisbane QLD 4000, Australia. Please do not send original ticket stubs or anything containing a ticket number by post — we cannot use them and we would rather you did not risk it.
If we have published a result that does not match the organiser’s draw sheet, we want to correct it as a priority. Please include:
That is enough for us to check the source and correct the record. We note corrections rather than silently overwriting them, so the change is traceable.
You can also report an issue from inside the app: open the relevant ticket or lottery and choose Report a problem. In this build the report is stored locally rather than sent, so please use email until the sending service is connected.
Your tickets are in your own browser. We never receive them, so please do not send us ticket numbers, scans of tickets, or screenshots showing your numbers unless the report genuinely requires it — and redact anything else visible in the image.
We cannot look up, retrieve, or restore your tickets. We have no copy to look up. If you have lost access to your data, the fix is to re-enter it from your own records or any export you made.
Social media
We do not operate social media accounts, and we are not on X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any gambling-affiliate network. If you find an account claiming to be Home Lotts, it is not us — please report it to the platform.
We keep our conversations here, in email, where we can be precise and accountable.
